Cancellation Policy

All payments made for our services are non-refundable. Once a payment is made, it cannot be refunded, regardless of the circumstances. This policy applies to all our services, including but not limited to consultations, sessions, workshops, and any other offerings. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please inform us as soon as possible. Rescheduling requests made before 4 hours of the scheduled session will be considered for rescheduling. Rescheduling of a session is subject to availability. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on our availability. If you fail to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the session will be considered forfeited, and no refund or rescheduling will be allowed.
